Position Overview:

Join a dynamic, rapidly growing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) wholesale company.  We are looking for someone to fill the pivotal role of Sales Support Specialist, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team in achieving objectives. This multifaceted role requires a combination of excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist with various sales-related tasks and projects.

Pharma Source Direct respects autonomy and is searching for a self-driven team member who can manage various responsibilities throughout the workday We are in southeast Englewood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and any other applicable communication methods.
  • Support the sales manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and deliverables. Prior knowledge of QuickBooks platform preferred.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on sales inquiries and support sales personnel.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions, regulatory data, sales activities, prices, and other relevant information in our CRM(SalesForce)
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations as needed.
  •  Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and promote sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Analyst experience with a critical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or administrativeassistance
  • Pharmaceutical compounding industry understanding, and experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Direct knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Process), FDA regulations, and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with an emphasis on Excel 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
